Will I get a refund for cancelling my Crew Awards Package? 

ACREW does not offer refunds on cancelled Crew Awards Packages except in the case of extenuating circumstances. These can include the following: 

 

  • Cancellation due to bereavement of an immediate family member (whether or not they were travelling with you). 

  • Cancellation due to serious illness or death of someone due to travel.

  • Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination.

  • This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorisation to travel.

  • Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

  • If hotel chosen or airline were to go bankrupt ACREW would offer a full refund.

 

In all other situations, you’ll lose the booking fee for your Crew Awards Package, however, if for some reason you cannot make it you can amend the booking name to someone else's.
